Tiramisu, which comes from an Italian word which means "pick me up", is an irresistible dessert which is made by soaking ladyfingers cookies into espresso and coffee liquor layered with a whipped mixture of egg yolks and mascarpone cheese; and finally dusted with cocoa powder when served. This Tiramisu cake is made by my girlfriend in her baking class where everything is made from scratch, including the ladyfingers cookies.

Pain Aux Raisins
Pain aux raisins is a French pastry that is made with standard bread dough that has been sweetened or brioche dough. A brioche has very high egg and butter content which makes it very rich and crumby.

Lovely Soufflé
The word soufflé came from the French word souffler, which means to puff up. A very apt description to this fluffy dessert, made primarily with beaten egg white, but more importantly - love and tenderly care.
